Payroll includes several aspects of the salary of the employee, such as deductions, benefits, health insurance, gratuity, TDS, PF, etc. It is not always easy to calculate payroll. The human resource department or team has to spend a considerable amount of time every month on the attendance retrieval, leave calculation, TDS calculation, declaration of employees, and incentive calculations.
